石蜡形变与温度的关系

摘要 通过集装箱模拟实验和软曲度实验考察了石蜡在夏季高温环境中形变与温度的关系。当夏季地面温度达到50~60℃时,集装箱底部石蜡会熔化,造成纸箱污染。当集装箱内温度达到35℃时,集装箱底部石蜡在受到上层石蜡的重压时,某些易变软的石蜡会发生形变。软曲度实验可以判断出石蜡在35℃时的软硬情况以及发生形变的趋势,可以对生产,仓储和运输提供有效的指导。 With the container simulation experiment and bending angle experiment, the relationship between paraffin deformation and temperature was investigated. The results show that the paraffin at the bottom of the container will melt at the ground temperature of 50~60 ℃,which can result in the carton contamination. And when the temperature inside the container reaches 35 ℃, some soft paraffin on the bottom of the container will deform under the weight of the upper paraffin. The soft and hard situation of paraffin and its deformation trend at 35 ℃ can be judged by the bending angle experiment, which can provide an effective guidance for production, storage and transportation.
