摘要
结合相关规范要求及实际配管设计中的注意事项,以某加氢项目中的加热炉为例,介绍加热炉的布置及管道设计。加热炉一般布置在装置的边缘,和相关反应器宜集中布置,布置时充分考虑加热炉进、出管口连接转油线的柔性,加热炉和反应器可布置在炉前管廊的同侧或异侧。加热炉炉管的进出口管道,应保持各路流量均匀,燃料管道、灭火蒸汽管道、管道支吊架等应统一考虑,注意不要与加热炉结构圈梁以及梯子碰撞。
Combined with specification requirements and matters needing attention in actual piping design, taking the furnace in a hydrogenation project as an example, equipment layout and piping design of the heating furnace were introduced. The furnace is generally placed on the edge of the unit and can be arranged on the same side or either side of the piping rack with reactors. The piping flexibility of furnace inlet and outlet pipelines is fully considered under equipment layout to make sure the equal flow of each branch. The fuel pipe, smothering steam pipe and the support should be considered as a whole, and cannot collide with the furnace structure and ladders.
