摘要
介绍了BS 6853标准中成束燃烧试验的试验方法及试验结果判定要求,其与DIN 5510标准中成束燃烧试验相比试验要求更高。以通过CRCC认证并满足BS 6853标准成束燃烧试验的EN 50264-2-1 600V4 M机车车辆电缆设计为例,详细介绍了针对BS 6853标准成束燃烧试验的特点展开设计的过程,为我国机车车辆电缆生产企业进入国际轨道交通车辆用电缆市场提供参考。
The test methods and requirements as well as the test result determination of bunched combustion test in BS 6853 standard are introduced. Compared with the bunched combustion test in DIN 5510 standard, the test requirements for bunched combustion test in BS 6853 standard are higher. Taking the EN 50264-2-1 600 V 4 M locomotive vehicle cable which is certified by CRCC and meets the bunched combustion test in BS 6853 standard as an example, the design process aiming at the characteristics of bunched combustion test in BS 6853 standard is introduced in detail, providing reference for the Chinese locomotive vehicle cable production enterprises enterring the international cable market used in rail transit vehicle.
