摘要
基于500kV直流海缆具有很大的传输容量,在高压直流海底电缆中加入光缆,既能减少光缆的敷设成本,又满足客户的光通信要求,展开了500kV直流海底光电复合缆的结构设计。在设计时,根据项目容量、系统运行电压等级、绝缘材料型号、电缆运行最高温度以及敷设环境要求,设计出合适的导体结构和尺寸;参考绝缘材料最大耐电场强度,设计出合适的绝缘层厚度,使绝缘线芯拉普拉斯场强满足绝缘材料要求,同时保证绝缘内外温差至少小于20℃;依据敷设环境要求和国际、国内标准对其它结构元件材料进行了选择,通过假设直径算法对其它结构元件厚度进行了确定,并根据客户需要在合适位置添加了光缆。最终设计出了500kV直流海底光电复合缆。
Since the 500 kV DC submarine cable has a large transmission capacity, combining optical cable into the HVDC submarine cable can not only reduce the cost of laying the optical cable but also meet the optical communication requirements from customers. So the structure design of 500 kV DC submarine opto-electrical hybrid cable is developed. During designing, according to the requirements of the project capacity, the system operating voltage level, the insulation material type, the highest operation temperature of the cable, and the installation environment, the appropriate structure and size of the conductor are designed; by referring to the maximum electric field strength withstand of the insulating material, the appropriate insulation layer thickness is designed, which makes the Laplace field strength of the insulated conductor meet the insulation requirements, at the same time guarantees the insulation temperature difference between inside and outside at least less than 20 ~C ; according to the requirements of the installation environment and international and domestic standards, the materials of other structure elements are choisen, by hypothesizing diameter algorithm, the thicknesses of other structure elements are determined, and to meet the customers' needs, optical fibers are added in the suitable location of the submarine power cable. Finally, 500 kV DC submarine opto electrical hybrid cable is designed.
