带状光缆光纤带成型工艺的研究 被引量:1

摘要 随着光纤入户(FTTH)的迅猛发展,20世纪90年代初"八纵八横"光缆干线网采用的传统松套层绞式光缆的纤芯密集度以及缆径在一定程度上不能完全满足用户需求,目前主要采用大芯数、密集度高且容量大的带状光缆进行敷设施工。在实际生产中,带状光缆常因光纤带成型工艺质量欠佳而出现衰减性能超标问题。为了提高带状光缆产品的传输性能,从着色光纤洁净度、静电、放线张力的控制,涂覆模具尺寸和放置位置、涂覆工艺的控制,UV固化系统中中轴线位置、石英管、反射罩、氮气流量、固化废气排放的控制等多方面对光纤带成型工艺进行了深入探讨。希望借此解决带状光缆批量并带成品合格率偏低的问题。 With rapid development of fiber to the home (FTTH), the fiber intensity and cable diameter of the traditional loose tube stranded optical cable used in "eight vertical and eight horizontal" optical cable backbone network in early 1990s cannot fully meet user's demand to a certain extent. Now, optical fiber ribbon cable with large fiber count, high intensity and large capacity is mainly used in installation and construction. In actual production, exceeding attenuation problem often appears in optical fiber ribbon cable because of the poor forming quality of the optical fiber ribbon. To improve the transmission performance of the optical fiber ribbon cable, by controlling the colored optical fiber cleanliness, static electricity and pay-off tension, the size and placement of coating die and coating process, as well as controlling the axis position, the quartz tube, reflector, nitrogen-gas flow rate, cured waste gas emissions and other aspects in UV curing systems, the fiber ribbon forming process is discussed deeply. It is hoped to solve the problem of the low pass rate in the massive fabrication of optical fiber ribbon cable.
