TNC射频连接器电压驻波比尖峰问题研究

摘要 TNC射频连接器是大功率微波信号传播的关键器件,在航空航天等多个领域都有广泛应用。TNC射频连接器在插合过程中的电压驻波比RVSWR存在尖峰,易导致某频段内的大功率信号出现强反射,对后端器件及链路造成大功率回波,导致器件损坏甚至给整个信号系统造成不可逆转的破坏。通过理论分析和性能仿真,研究并验证了TNC射频连接器RVSWR出现尖峰的影响因素,并提出了该问题的详细解决方案。最终通过优化设计及试验验证,解决了TNC射频连接器在插合过程中的RVSWR尖峰问题,对保证TNC射频连接器的产品质量具有重大意义。 TNC RF connector is the key device in high-power microwave signal propagation, which has been widely used in the fields of aviation, space and others. There is peak existing in voltage standing wave ratio (RvswR) during insertion. It can easily cause the strong reflection of high-power signal to appear at a certain frequency band and cause high-power echo to the back end device and the link, leading to device damage or even the irreversible damage to the whole signal system. Through theoretical analysis and performance simulation, the influence factors of the peak appearing in RvswR of TNC RF connector are studied and verified, and the detailed solutions of the problem are proposed. Finally, by optimizing design and test verification, the RvswR peak problem of the TNC RF connector in the insertion process is solved, which has great significance to guarantee the product quality of TNC RF connector.
