The scholars in National South-West Associated University link study to save the nation from extinction, realize clearly the independence and freedom of learning, encourage a hundred flowers blossom and a hundred schools of thought contend, achieve mastery of ancient and modern, Chinese and western knowledge, pursue selfless spirit of academic research. And then, the researcher investigates politic, culture, life factors which affect academic thought from outer to inner.
