论史志工作领域的供给侧结构性改革

Discussion on the supply-side structural reform in the local records work

党的十九大报告指出:中国特色社会主义进入新时代,我国社会主要矛盾已经转化为人民日益增长的美好生活需要和不平衡不充分的发展之间的矛盾。这个历史性变化,对史志工作提出了许多新要求。然而,史志工作发展不平衡、不充分的情况还比较普遍,工作方法还比较粗放,与个性化服务差距较大、差别化供给水平还不能达到受众满意的程度,中高端服务、主流媒体刚需明显不足。破解这些问题必须深化供给侧结构性改革。从河南的史志工作实践来看,史志工作深化供给侧结构性改革必须从理顺构架、盘活资源、疏浚渠道、加强营销、依靠法治五个方面,以钉钉子态度做实做细做好各项工作,促进史志工作要素实现最优配置,进而提升史志工作发展的质量和效益。

The report to the 19th CPC National Congress points out that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era. The main social contradictions in our country have being transformed into the contradiction between the growing needs of people＇s good life and the unbalanced and inadequate development. This historic transformation puts forward many new requirements to our records work. However, it＇s relatively common that development of our local records work is not balanced and not in place. Working methods are relatively extensive. There is a lack of personalized service and the different supply level. High-end services and supply can not meet the readers＇ satisfaction. The local records work lacks the support of the mainstream media. To solve these problems, we must deepen the supply side structural in the local records work. Based on the development of the local records work in Henan province, we believe that it can be reformed by five points, which is straightening out the framework, dredging channels, strengthening marketing and relying on the law. We should carry forward the spirit of nailing the nail in order to fulfill our local records work and achieve the optimal allocation of resources in our local records work. And then we can improve the quality and efficiency of the local records work.
