摘要
目的探讨肠易激综合征(IBS)患者执行功能损害情况。方法采用病例对照研究方法,对比分析48例IBS患者和48例健康人的简易智能状态评价量表(MMSE)、威斯康辛卡片分类测试(WCST)、Stroop色词测验(SCWT)评估研究对象的认知执行功能状况。结果观察组MMSE得分、WCST各项目得分与对照组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论难治性肠易激综合征患者存在执行功能损害,主要表现为抽象思维能力、概念的形成和流畅性。
Objective To explore executive function in patients with irritable bowel syndrome（ IBS）. Methods The Mini-mental state examination（ MMSE）,Wisconsin card sorting test（ WCST）,Stroop color-word test（ SCWT）were used to assess the cognitive function of 48 IBS outpatients and 48 normal control. Results The MMSE and SCWT scores of case and control groups had no significant differences. The WCST scores of IBS patients were significantly lower than that of normal controls. Conclusion The patients with IBS have executive function impairment.
