摘要 目的分析TBL教学法在中医骨伤科疾病教学中的应用效果。方法在2016年9月—2017年9月选取我校2013级中西医结合专业的学生151人,根据学号将其随机分成2组,观察组76人,对照组75人。对照组实施常规带教,观察组实施TBL(基于团队协作的教学方法)带教,在学期末对2组实习生的学习情况和授课满意度进行考核和比较。结果观察组学生理论成绩、实践成绩以及综合评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组学生实习满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在中医骨伤科疾病教学中采用TBL教学法实施带教,能够有效提升学生学习满意度及授课品质。 Objective To analysis the effect of TBL teaching method in the teaching of traditional Chinese medicine orthopedics.Methods From September 2016 to September 2017, 151 students were selected according to the direction of traditional Chinese medicine. According to the student number, they were randomly divided into observation group(76 persons) and control group(75 persons). The control group received routine teaching, and the observation group implemented TBL to carry out teaching. At the end of the semester, the study and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of trainees were evaluated and compared. Results The scores of the students in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P0.05). The students' satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group( P0.05). Conclusion TBL teaching method can be used to improve students' learning satisfaction and teaching quality.
