中医学专业本科毕业生临床接诊能力及穿刺能力考核结果分析

Analysis on the Clinical Admissions Ability and Puncture Ability of TCM Undergraduate Graduates

目的目前中医学专业本科生临床接诊能力及穿刺能力存在不足情况,本研究旨在探索如何提升中医学专业本科毕业生临床接诊能力及穿刺能力。方法首都医科大学附属北京中医医院教育处针对2011级本科毕业生先进行接诊及穿刺能力摸底评估,培训1月后再次进行考核,比较培训前后学生临床接诊及穿刺能力改善情况。结果培训前学生的临床接诊能力及穿刺能力普遍掌握较差,经培训后接诊能力及穿刺能力较大提升。结论在中医学专业的教学中,忽略了对中医本科生临床接诊能力及穿刺能力的培养,应采取针对性的措施进行改进。

Objective At present, the clinical admissions and puncture ability of TCM undergraduates are deficient. Therefore, the aim of this study is to explore how to improve the clinical admissions and puncture ability of TCM undergraduate graduates. Methods The education department of Beijing TCM Hospital affiliated to the Capital Medical University assessed thoroughly the 2011 TCM undergraduate graduates＇ ability of clinical admissions and puncture. Then they were texted again after training for a month. The results before and after the training were compared. Results The clinical admissions and puncture ability were poor generally among the students before the training and the abilities were greatly improved after training. Conclusion It was necessary to take targeted measures in view of training deficiency in the clinical admissions and puncture ability among TCM undergraduates in the teaching of traditional Chinese medicine.
