摘要
住院医师规范化培训已在全国推行3年,2020年要全面建成住院医师规范化培训制度,本文针对住院医师规范化培训中的教育模式文献进行回顾分析,为住院医师规范化培训教学模式的改革提供参考。
Residents standardization training has being in the country for 3 years. The resident standardization training system will be built in 2020. In this paper, literature review of resident standardization training was retrospectively analyzed, which will provide reference for the reform of teaching mode of resident standardization training.
