扶正补心汤治疗气虚血瘀型心绞痛的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Fuzheng Buxin Decoction in Treating Angina Pectoris of Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Type

目的观察扶正补心汤对于气虚血瘀型心绞痛的临床疗效,探讨运用中医辨证论治的方法是否可以更有效地治疗心绞痛。方法收集中医辨证为气虚血瘀型的心绞痛患者70例,运用病例对照研究的方法分为治疗组和对照组,每组各35例,治疗组患者服用扶正补心汤方,对照组服用单硝酸异山梨酯片(欣康)、阿司匹林、瑞舒伐他汀片(可定),总疗程为60 d。然后对2组患者服药前后的临床疗效以及心电图变化进行对比。结果治疗组治疗的总有效率、中医症状积分、心电图表现均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者用药治疗期间均未出现严重的不良反应。结论扶正补心汤对于气虚血瘀型心绞痛具有显著的临床疗效,用药安全,为今后心绞痛的临床诊疗方案提供了更多更好的选择。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Fuzheng Buxin decoction in treating angina pectoris of qi deficiency and blood stasis, and to investigate whether the method of TCM treatment can effectively treat angina pectoris or not. Methods 70 cases of angina pectoris of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome patients were collected, and the case-control study was divided into the treatment group and the control group, with 35 cases in each group. The patients in the treatment group took Fuzheng Buxin decoction, and the control group was treated with Isosorbide Mononitrate tablets（ Xinkang）, aspirin and rosuvastatin tablets（Keding）. The total course of treatment was 60 days, and then the clinical effect and ECG changes were compared between the two groups after taking the medicine. Results The total effective rate, TCM symptom score and ECG performance of the treatment group were better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（ P 0.05）. There was no serious adverse reaction during the treatment period between the two groups. Conclusion Fuzheng Buxin decoction has significant clinical effect for angina pectoris of qi deficiency and blood stasis, and has medication safety. It provides more and better choice for clinical treatment of angina pectoris in the future.
