荆防败毒散联合西药治疗风寒袭耳型分泌性中耳炎62例

Jingfang Baidu Powder Combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Wind Cold Attacking Ear Secretory Otitis Media for 62 Cases

目的对风寒袭耳证分泌型中耳炎患者行以荆防败毒散加减联合西药治疗,分析治疗效果。方法选取2016年3月—2017年2月收治的124例风寒袭耳证分泌性中耳炎患者,按照随机数字法分成2组,试验组62例行以荆防败毒散加减联合西药治疗,对照组62例行以西药治疗,对比2组患者的临床效果。结果试验组治疗有效率显著高于对照组,对比差异显著,P<0.05。结论对于风寒袭耳证分泌性中耳炎患者,采用荆防败毒散加减联合西药的治疗方案,能够有效提升治疗有效率,改善患者的生活质量,降低体内炎性因子水平,该治疗方案值得被推广使用。

Objective To analyze the curative effect of modified Jingfang Baidu powder combined with Western medicine in the treatment of wind cold attacking secretory otitis media. Methods 124 cases of wind cold attacking secretory otitis media patients in our hospital from March 2016 February 2017 were randomly divided into experimental group 62 cases that were treated with Jingfang Baidu powder combined with Western medicine and control group of 62 cases that were treated with Western medicine. The clinical effects were compared between two groups. Results The effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was significant P 0.05. Conclusion Modified Jingfang Baidu powder combined with Western medicine in the treatment of wind cold attacking secretory otitis media can effectively improve the curative effect and the quality of life of patients, reduce the level of inflammatory factors in the treatment program, and is worthy to be popularized.
