应用CT观察直刺背俞穴的安全深度

Observation on the Safe Depth of Straight Piercing Back-shu Points with the Application of CT

目的观察直刺12胸椎以上背俞穴的安全针刺深度以指导临床。方法选择适合背俞穴针罐疗法的患者,进行辨敏探穴、在背俞穴敏感点采用直刺法针刺得气后,以卡尺测量得气后皮肤外的针体长度,以mm表示,然后以针体长度减去留在皮肤外的针体长度,即得出针刺深度,进行CT定位下验证针刺安全性。结果 12胸椎以上的肺、心、肝、脾俞穴以及膈俞、胃俞的针刺深度与标准的穴位危险深度相比,有极显著意义。结论背俞穴直刺法是安全的针刺技术。

Objective To observe the safe depth of straight piercing back-shu points above the 12 th thoracic vertebrae to instruct the clinical application. Methods patients who are suitable for the treatment of back-shu points acu-cupping were selected. Identify sensitive areas to locate the points, after needling sensation by straight piercing the back-shu sensitive points, we used the caliper to measure the length（ measured in millimeters） of the needle body outside the skin, then used the length of the needle body to subtract the length of the needle body remaining outside the skin to calculate the acupuncture depth, verified the safety of acupuncture under CT localization. Results Comparing with standard acupoint risk depth, the acupuncture depth of back-shu points above the 12 th thoracic vertebrae such as lung, heart, liver, spleen-shu points and diaphragm-shu, stomach-shu is of great significance. Conclusion Straight piercing back-shupoints is a safe acupuncture technique.
