中医治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的现状

The Present Condition of Traditional Chinese Traditional Medicine in the Treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

糖尿病周围神经病变(diabetic peripheral neuropathy,DPN)是糖尿病微血管病变之一。中医药对本病的治疗有明显的优势。目前,主要通过中药口服或外用、针刺、穴位贴敷、穴位注射等多种方法治疗。关于DPN,本文从病因病机、治法、中医复方、中成药、外治法、综合治疗方案等方面进行综述。中医治疗DPN的疗效明确,但具体治疗机制尚不明确。以往的研究显示中医综合治疗方案有其独特的优势和广阔的应用前景。

Diabetic peripheral neuropathy is one of diabetic microvascular dise ases. Traditional Chinese medicine has obvious advantages over the treatment of this disease. At present, there are many kinds of treatments, such as oral or external use of traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture, acupoint paste and acupoint injection. About diabetic peripheral neuropathy, this paper reviewed the causes of etiology, pathogenesis, traditional Chinese medicine, Chinese medicine, treatment, and comprehensive treatment. The effect of TCM treatment of DPN is clear, but the specific treatment mechanism is not clear. Previous studies have shown that TCM comprehensive treatment program has its unique advantages and wide application prospects.
