摘要
目的探讨"以学生为中心"的"学导式"教学模式在中医基础理论课程中的应用。方法将广州医科大学中西医临床医学专业大一学生分为研究组(2014级"学导式"教学方法组)和对照组(2013级传统讲授组)。其中2014级91名,2013级64名。"学导式"教学方法研究组:提示、自学、解疑、精讲、演练、小结。对照组采用传统讲授法,具体实施过程如下:概括、对概括说明、复述、总结。研究结束后通过教学质量评定、学生问卷调查和智能考核测验等对"学导式"教学法进行综合评价。结果研究组有82.4%的学生认为学习兴趣有所提高,学习过程中,学生自主学习的能力、学习理解能力均有提高,课堂气氛(87.9%的同学感觉到课堂气氛很好)的改善更加明显,在学习效果的方面,有70.3%的同学认为能够学以致用;导学法对提高学生文献分析能力、自主学习能力、独立思维能力均有不同程度改善,但与对照组相比没有显著差异。对团队协作能力及新导学学习能力满意度方面有明显改善,优于对照组;研究组分别在客观题、主观题、总成绩上有提高,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新的学习方法可以提高学生学习兴趣,增强团队协作能力,激发学生从自然、生活、社会中体会中医理论地应用,能更好的培养中医的感悟性和提高学习中医的兴趣。
Objective To discuss the application of student centered teaching model of learning and guiding in the course of basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods The freshmen majoring in clinical medicine in Chinese-western medicine in Guangzhou medical university were divided into the research group(the grade 2014 " learning guide" teaching method group) and the control group(the traditional teaching group of grade 2013). Of them, there were 91 of 14 class and 64 of 13 classes. Teaching methods of " study guide" study group were as follows: suggestion, self-study, solving the problem, drilling, practicing and summary.The control group used the traditional teaching method, and the concrete implementation process is as follows: summarizing,explanation, summary retelling and summary. At the end of the study, a comprehensive evaluation of the " learning and guiding" teaching method was carried out through teaching quality evaluation, student questionnaire survey and intelligent assessment test.Results In the study groups, 82.4% of the students thought that learning interest has increased, in the process of learning, students 'autonomous learning ability, learning ability were improved, the classroom atmosphere(87.9 % of the students felt that the classroom atmosphere is very good) improvement was more obvious, the effect of learning, 70.3 % of the students think they can use it in practice. The method of guiding students can improve students ' literature analysis ability, independent learning ability and independent thinking ability, but there was no significant difference comparing with the control group. The ability of team cooperation and the satisfaction of new learners' learning ability were improved obviously, which was better than that of the control group. The study group was improved in objective, subjective and total scores comparing with the control group( P〈0.05). Conclusion A new learning method can improve students' interest in learning, enhance teamwork ability, stimulate students ' application of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine from nature, life, society, culture of traditional Chinese medicine, which can better comprehend and improve the learning interest in traditional Chinese medicine.
