随着医疗技术的飞速发展,胃镜作为一种直观的诊断治疗手段,越来越多的应用于临床。近年来,胃镜相关性感染的报道不断出现,如何合理、规范地进行胃镜的清洗、消毒,一直以来受到业内人士的重视。通过学习新版《软式内镜清洗消毒技术规范》,分析胃镜医院感染管理的现状与存在问题,探讨控制胃镜医院感染的对策,强化对清洗、消毒全过程的细节管理,消除存在导致患者发生医院感染的隐患,是防止发生医院感染的重要举措。

With the rapid development of medical technology, as an intuitive means of diagnosis and treatment, gastroscopy is being used more and more in clinical medicine. In recent years, the reports of gastroscopy related infection appear constantly. How to standardize the cleaning and disinfection of gastroscope has been paid much attention by the people in the industry. Through the study of ＂ new endoscopic cleaning and disinfection technical specifications＂, the status and problems of hospital infection management in gastroscopy was analyzed, the measures to control the gastroscopic hospital infection was explored, the disinfection management of the whole process of cleaning and disinfections＇ details was strengthened, and the risk of nosocomial infections in patients was eliminated. It is an important measure to prevent the occurrence of hospital infection.
