蛇伤外敷散治疗蝮蛇咬伤的临床研究

The Clinical Study on Sheshang Waifu Powder in the Treatment of Agkistrodon Halys Bite

目的以断毒消肿疗法的代表药物蛇伤外敷散为研究对象,研究蛇伤外敷散普通散剂和超微散剂2种剂型以及自然干燥和持续湿润2种箍围方法治疗蝮蛇咬伤的临床疗效。方法将150例蝮蛇咬伤的患者随机分成5组,5组患者均按照蝮蛇咬伤的救治常规处理,A组采用蛇伤外敷散超微散剂持续湿润法治疗,B组采用蛇伤外敷散超微散剂自然干燥法治疗,C组采用蛇伤外敷散普通散剂持续湿润法治疗,D组采用蛇伤外敷散普通散剂自然干燥法治疗,E组采用安慰剂对照。结果 5组之间疗效比较:疾病总疗效:A组疗效最佳,临床总有效率为93.33%,与各组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);全身症状疗效:各组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);局部症状疗效:A组疗效最佳,与各组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治愈时间:A组疗效最佳,与各组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论蛇伤外敷散超微散剂持续湿润法治疗蝮蛇咬伤有较好的临床效果,具有显著改善患者局部疼痛、肿胀、瘀斑等中毒症状和缩短病程的作用。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of two kinds of dosage forms, such as common powder and ultra-fine powder, and natural dry and continuous moistening methods, which were used to treat agkistrodon halys bite. Methods One hundred and fifty patients with agkistrodon halys bite were randomly divided into five groups. Five groups of patients were treated according to the treatment of Agkistrodon acutus. Group A was treated with Sheshang Waifu powder, group B was treated with snake traumatic powder,group C was treated with the conventional powder of snake injury, group D was treated with natural powder drying method, and group E was treated with placebo. Results The total effective rate of group A was 93.33%, which was significantly higher than that of other groups（ P〈0.05）. The curative effect of systemic symptoms had no difference between groups（ P〈0.05）. The efficacy of local symptoms of group A was better, and the difference between the groups were statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. The cure time of group A was better, and the difference between the groups were statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Sheshang Waifu powder ultra-fine agent continuous moist method in the treatment of agkistrodon halys bite has a good clinical effect and a significant improvement in patients with local pain, swelling, ecchymosis and other symptoms of poisoning and shorten the role of the disease.
