中药联合双心医学模式治疗PCI术后伴焦虑抑郁的临床观察

The Clinical Observation on Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Psycho-cardiology Model in the Treatment of Anxiety and Depression after PCI

目的观察中药联合"双心医学"模式治疗经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)后伴焦虑、抑郁的临床疗效。方法将60例PCI术后伴焦虑、抑郁的患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各30例,对照组给予PCI术后常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上采用滋水清肝饮联合"双心医学"模式治疗,共治疗8周,分别于治疗前后比较2组患者SAS和SDS评分以及临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率93.3%,明显高于对照组的76.7%(P<0.05)。2组治疗后SAS和SDS评分均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),且治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用中药联合"双心医学"模式治疗PCI术后伴焦虑、抑郁疗效显著,明显优于单纯给予PCI术后常规治疗,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effects of traditional Chinese medicine combined with psycho-cardiology model in the treatment of anxiety and depression after PCI. Methods 60 patients were randomly dividied into control group of 30 cases who were treated by conventional drugs after PCI and treatment group of 30 cases who were treated by Zishui Qinggan decoction combined with psycho-cardiology model in addition to the conventional drugs after PCI for 8 week. The clinical curative effect by Self-Rating Anxiety Scale（ SAS） and Self-Rating Depression Scale（ SDS） assessment was observed. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%, and the total effective rate of the control group was 76.7%. After the treatment, the scores of SAS and SDS between the two groups had significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine combined with psycho-cardiology model has a good therapeutic effect on anxiety and depression after PCI, is obviously superior to simple giving the conventional drugs after PCI, which is worthy of clinical application.
