六味地黄丸对Pilon骨折术后骨愈合的影响

The Effect of Liuwei Dihuang Pills on Bone Union of Patients with Tibia Pilon Fractures

目的探讨六味地黄丸对Pilon骨折术后骨愈合的影响。方法 2012年8月—2015年11月共收治60例行手术治疗Pilon骨折患者,依据术后是否使用六味地黄丸分为试验组和对照组,比较2组间骨折愈合时间、首次负重时间、踝关节功能及并发症情况。结果所有患者均得以临床完整随访。试验组骨性愈合时间为(12.5±2.1)周,优于对照组的(14.7±3.4)周(P<0.05)。试验组首次负重时间为(11.2±2.4)周,优于对照组的(12.3±2.9)周(P<0.05)。Mazur评价系统结果显示试验组的优良率达到93.3%,与对照组的90.0%没有明显统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论六味地黄丸可以有效促进Pilon骨折术后骨愈合,治疗安全有效,值得临床推广。

Objective To detect the effect of Liuwei Dihuang pills on bone union of patients with tibia Pilon fractures. Methods From August 2012 to November 2015, 60 patients with tibia Pilon fractures were treated and randomly divided into experiment group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The following parameters were used to make evaluation： the time of bone union, the time of first weight loading, ankle function and complications. Results All patients got clinical followed-up. In the experiment group, the time of bone union is（12.5±2.1） weeks, while it is（14.7±3.4） weeks in the control group（P〈0.05）. The time of first weight loading is（11.2 ±2.4） weeks, while it is（12.3 ±2.9） weeks in the control group（ P〈0.05）. According to Mazur＇s criterion, the ankle function in experiment group is better. The excellent rate in the experiment group was 93.3%, while it was 90.0% in the control group. No statistically significant difference was found（ P =0.639）（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Limited contact plate is a safe and effective surgical choice for Ruedi Allgower II, III Pilon fractures, which can effectively avoid the occurrence of complications.
