针灸与药物对肿瘤患者化疗后血细胞和消化道反应作用的比较

The Comparison on the Acupuncture and Medication on Blood Cell and Digestive Tract Reaction in Tumor Patients after Chemotherapy

目的对比针灸与药物对肿瘤患者化疗后血细胞和消化道反应的作用效果。方法 84例肿瘤化疗患者均为我院2009年1月—2012年1月期间的门诊治疗病例,随机分为A、B 2组,每组42例患者。对A组患者实施穴位针灸来改善化疗症状,包括足三里穴、内关穴以及中脘穴等;对B组患者实施常规药物治疗,观察对比2组患者治疗后血细胞水平的变化以及消化道反应改善情况。结果 A、B 2组患者接受治疗后血细胞水平均有所提高,但A组的作用效果明显优于B组(P<0.05);比较A、B 2组患者化疗症状的改善情况,A组的总有效率明显高于B组(P<0.05)。结论穴位针灸在肿瘤化疗中可保护化疗机体,有效拮抗化疗药物副作用,对改善肿瘤患者化疗不良症状效果显著。

Objective To the effect of acupuncture and drugs on blood cell and digestive tract reaction after chemotherapy in patients with tumor. Methods 84 patients with chemotherapy were treated by the hospital from January 2009 to January 2012. They were randomly divided into group A and group B, with 42 cases in each group. The group A received acupuncture. The improvement on the symptoms was observed, and points included Zusanli, Neiguan and Zhongwan. The group B implemented routine drug treatment.The blood cells change and improvement on the digestive tract reaction after treatment were observed and compared. Results After treatment, blood cell levels of the two groups increased, but the effects of the group A was better than that of the group B（ P〈0.05）.Comparing the improvement of the symptoms of A, B two groups of patients with chemotherapy, and total effective rate of group A was obviously higher than that of group B（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupoint acupuncture can protect chemotherapy in cancer chemotherapy, effective antagonist chemotherapy drug side effects, and has significant effect on improving the symptoms of patients with tumor chemotherapy adverse effect.
