摘要
回顾性分析100例老年住院病人,发现老年病具有隐匿、不典型、发展迅速、突发易变、猝死发生率高、并发症多和容易合并感染、意识障碍、精神症状等特点。根据长期的临床护理实践工作中积累一些经验,将老年病临床护理概括为"因人而异强化心理护理、因病而异实施科学护理",旨在为提高老年病临床护理质量提供一些参考依据。
Retrospective analysis of 100 hospitalized elderly patients was carried out, and it was found that senile diseases were characterized by occult, atypical, rapid development, sudden change, high death rate, complication and infection, consciousness disturbance and mental symptom. To accumulate some experience in the long-term clinical nursing practi^e. The clinical nursing of senile diseases is summarized as ＂ strengthening psychological nursing and implementing scientific nursing for different patients＂ . The aim is to provide some references for improving clinical nursing quality of senile diseases.
