摘要
随着社会经济的不断发展,人们生活水平大幅提高,用药食同源理念养生的意识也逐步加强。由于人们对药食同源不甚了解,同时缺乏专业指导,药食滥用、误用现象渐生,不仅没有达到预期的治疗效果,而且会适得其反。针对这一现象,作者提出在医院设药食调理科室的设想,由专业人士因人、因地、因时、因证对药食进行合理配伍,指导人们病后调理及养生保健,进而形成一套完整的规范化、专业化药食使用指导体系。
People's living standards have risen considerably, with the continuous development of society and economy, the consciousness of keeping fit with the idea of keeping food is gradually strengthened. Because people do not understand of medicine food homology, lack of professional guidance at the same time, drug abuse and misuse phenomenon is emerging, not only failed to achieve the desired therapeutic effect. In reaction to the phenomenon, the author put forward in the hospital set medicine recuperates the department's vision, reasonable compatibility of medicine and food, in order to guide people to disease after conditioning and health care, thus forming a complete set of standardized, specialized use of medicine and food guidance system
