供给侧结构性改革背景下北京都市型现代农业展望

Outlook of Beijing's Urban Modern Agriculture under the Background of Supply-side Structural Reform

当前,推进农业供给侧结构性改革已成为推动中国农业发展的重要途径。近年来,北京都市型现代农业快速发展,农业产业结构逐渐合理,会展农业、设施农业、休闲农业以及种业也得到了全面发展,但是水土资源日益短缺、休闲农业管理不健全、新型农业经营主体规模较小等问题也较为突出。在农业供给侧结构性改革的背景下,进一步促进北京都市型现代农业发展,需推行高效节水农业建设生态型现代农业、完善休闲农业建设丰富市民休闲娱乐生活、积极培育新型农业经营主体以及推动"互联网+"农业等。

At present, promoting agricultural supply-side structural reform has become an important way to boost the development of agriculture in China. In recent years, with the rapid development of urban modem agriculture in Beijing, the agricultural industrial structure is becoming more rational, the exhibition agriculture, equipment agriculture, leisure agriculture and seed industry have flourished, but there are also some prominent problems such as the shortage of water and land resources, the mismanagement of leisure agriculture, the small scale of new agriculture management entities and so on. Under the background of agricultural supply-side structural reform, the author put forward some helpful measures for promoting the development of Beijing＇s urban modem agriculture, such as vigorously promoting efficient water-saving agriculture for constructing ecological modem agriculture, improving the level of leisure agriculture for enriching the recreational life of citizens, cultivating new agriculture management entities and popularizing ＂Internet plus＂ agriculture and others.
