Development Trend of Leisure Agriculture in Beijing under the New Situation

近年来,北京市休闲农业迅猛发展,数量众多、类型多样。北京市休闲农业具有农业产业融合发展、城镇化率较高、旅游业发展较快、潜在客源市场巨大等方面的优势和条件,但也面临着突出问题,如产品单一,缺乏特色;资金缺乏,基础设施薄弱等。休闲农业的发展既符合农业供给侧结构性改革的要求,又是新农村建设、美丽乡村建设、生态文明建设和全面建成小康社会的必然选择,同时还是精准扶贫的重要途径。未来北京市休闲农业发展可从4个方面采取措施,提升发展效率:一是挖掘特色,创新产品;二是扩展投资渠道,加强基础设施建设;三是重视休闲农业发展,完善管理机制;四是逐步提高农户素质,开展科学营销。

In recent years, Beijing＇s leisure agriculture has developed rapidly, with a large number and various types. Leisure agriculture in Beijing has some advantages and conditions such as the integration of agricultural industry, high rate of urbanization, rapid development of tourism, huge potential tourist market and so on, and also facing prominent problems such as single product and lack of feature, shortage of funds and weak infrastructure and so on. The development of leisure agriculture is not only in line with the requirements of agricultural supply-side structural reform, but also an inevitable choice for new rural construction, beautiful countryside construction, ecological civilization construction and building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way. At the same time, it is an important way of precision poverty alleviation. In the future, for the development of leisure agriculture in Beijing four perspectives of measures can be taken to improve the efficiency of development： excavating characteristics and creating products, expanding investment channels and strengthening the construction of infrastructure, paying more attention to the development of leisure agriculture and improving management mechanism, and gradually promoting the quality of farmers and carrying out scientific marketing.
