骶管硬膜外封闭结合定位旋转复位法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果

Effect of sacral epidural blockade combined with rotational positioning reset method in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation

目的分析骶管硬膜外封闭结合定位旋转复位法治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床效果。方法 80例腰椎间盘突出症患者,在征得患者同意后随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组采用骶管硬膜外封闭治疗,观察组在对照组基础上结合定位旋转复位法治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组患者总有效率为95.0%,显著高于对照组的75.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骶管硬膜外封闭结合定位旋转复位法治疗腰椎间盘突出症,效果显著,值得推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of sacral epidural blockade combined with rotational positioning reset method in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods A total of 80 lumbar disc herniation patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with sacral epidural blockade, and the observation group was treated with rotational positioning reset method on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy in two groups was compared. Results The observation group had obviously higher total effective rate as 95.0% than 75.0% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combination of sacral epidural blockade and rotational positioning reset method provides remarkable effect in treating lumbar disc herniation, and it is worthy of promotion and application.
