单纯减压和减压内固定治疗退行性腰椎管狭窄症术后近期效果对比

Comparison of short-term effect of simple decompression and decompression and internal fixation in the treatment of degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis

目的对比研究单纯减压和减压内固定治疗退行性腰椎管狭窄症术后近期效果。方法 68例退行性腰椎管狭窄症患者,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组34例。试验组采用减压内固定治疗,对照组实施单纯减压治疗,观察比较两组患者的手术时间和术中出血量,并对患者治疗后疼痛评分及Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)进行观察比较。结果试验组患者的手术时间(129.68±19.62)min及术中出血量(286.34±31.95)ml均多于对照组的(93.54±14.68)min、(137.62±22.15)ml,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者的疼痛评分(1.38±0.39)分及ODI(16.84±3.59)%均优于对照组的(3.45±0.69)分、(27.53±4.16)%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论减压内固定治疗退行性腰椎管狭窄症的效果更好,具有较高临床价值。

Objective To compare the short-term effect of simple decompression and decompression and internal fixation in the treatment of degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis. Methods A total of 68 patients with degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 34 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated with decompression and internal fixation, and the control group was treated with simple decompression. Observation and comparison were made on operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, and postoperative pain score and Oswestry dysfunction index（ODI） in two groups. Results The experimental group had more operation time as（129.68±19.62） min and intraoperative bleeding volume as（286.34±31.95） ml than（93.54±14.68） min and（137.62±22.15） ml in the control group, and their difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The experimental group had better pain score as（1.38±0.39） points and ODI as（16.84±3.59）% than（3.45±0.69） points and（27.53±4.16）% in the control group, and their difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Decompression and internal fixation shows better effect for the treatment of degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis, and contains higher clinical value.
