鲑鱼降钙素鼻喷剂对骨质疏松症的影响

Effect of salmon calcitonin nasal spray on osteoporosis

目的探讨鲑鱼降钙素鼻喷剂对骨质疏松症(OP)的影响。方法 100例骨质疏松症患者,随机分成观察组和对照组,各50例。两组患者均给予枸橼酸钙咀嚼片进行补钙治疗,运动、饮食宣教一致;观察组加用鲑鱼降钙素鼻喷剂喷鼻治疗。观察比较两组患者治疗前后的骨密度水平及视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分。结果观察组治疗前后骨密度分别为(0.34±0.09)、(0.50±0.08)g/cm^2,对照组治疗前后骨密度分别为(0.35±0.07)、(0.36±0.06)g/cm^2。治疗前两组患者骨密度及VAS评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者的骨密度及VAS评分显著优于治疗前及对照组(P<0.05),而对照组治疗前后骨密度及VAS评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论使用鲑鱼降钙素鼻喷剂治疗骨质疏松症疗效显著,且用药方便、安全,患者依从性高,能提高患者生活质量。

Objective To discuss the effect of salmon calcitonin nasal spray on osteoporosis（OP）. Methods A total of 100 osteoporosis patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. Both groups was treated with calcium citrate chewable tablets for calcium treatment, along with exercise, diet and education consistent therapy. The observation group was also treated with salmon calcitonin nasal spray. Observation and comparison were made on bone density and visual analogue scale（VAS） score before and after treatment between two groups. Results The observation group had bone density before and after treatment respectively as（0.34±0.09） and（0.50±0.08） g/cm^2, which were（0.35±0.07） and（0.36± 0.06） g/cm^2 in the control group. Both groups had no statistically significant difference in bone density and VAS score before treatment（P〉0.05）. After treatment, the observation group had obviously better bone density and VAS score than before treatment and the control group（P〈0.05）, and the control group had no statistically significant difference in bone density and VAS score before and after treatment（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Salmon calcitonin nasal spray is effective, convenient and safe in the treatment of osteoporosis. It has high compliance, and can improve the quality of life of patients.
