可吸收螺钉与金属螺钉内固定修复踝关节骨折疗效比较 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察可吸收螺钉与金属螺钉内固定修复踝关节骨折对关节功能恢复及并发症发生情况的影响。方法 77例踝关节骨折患者,根据内固定材料不同分为可吸收螺钉组(39例)和金属螺钉组(38例)。可吸收螺钉组患者给予可吸收螺钉内固定治疗,金属螺钉组患者给予金属螺钉内固定治疗。两组患者均随访6个月,比较两组患者术后临床疗效、踝关节功能、骨折愈合时间及术后并发症发生情况。结果可吸收螺钉组优良率为94.9%,与金属螺钉组的92.1%比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。可吸收螺钉组踝关节功能优良率为92.3%,与金属螺钉组的89.5%比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);可吸收螺钉组骨折愈合时间短于金属螺钉组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者术后并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论可吸收螺钉内固定修复踝关节骨折的临床疗效与金属螺钉相似,可有效恢复踝关节功能,但可避免取出内固定物的二次手术,可作为金属内固定物的替代物。 Objective To observe the effect of absorbable screws and metal screws internal fixation on the recovery of joint function and complications of ankle fractures. Methods A total of 77 ankle fractures patients were divided by different internal fixation materials into absorbable screws group(39 cases) and metal screws group(38 cases). The absorbable screws group received absorbable screws internal fixation, and the metal screws group received metal screws internal fixation. Both groups were followed up for more than 6 months, and the clinical efficacy, ankle function, fracture healing time and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results The absorbable screws group had no statistically significant difference in excellent-good rate as 94.9%, comparing with 92.1% in metal screws group(P〉00.05). The absorbable screws group had no statistically significant difference in excellent-good rate of ankle function as 92.3%, comparing with 89.5% in metal screws group(P〉00.05). The absorbable screws group had shorter fracture healing time than the metal screws group, but the difference was not statistically significant(P〉00.05). Both groups had no statistically significant difference in incidence of postoperative complications(P〉00.05). Conclusion Clinical curative effect of absorbable metal screws and screw fixation for repair of ankle fracture is similar, and both can effectively restore the function of ankle joint, but absorbable metal screws can avoid the second operation to remove the internal fixation. It can be used as a substitute for metal internal fixation.
