固支拱形蜂窝梁在集中荷载下承载能力试验研究

摘要 为了研究腹板开孔拱形蜂窝梁的力学性能,并为进一步的数值模拟建立验证模型,采用考虑三因素两水平的正交试验设计方法设计了4根蜂窝拱构件进行静力加载试验,得到了固支拱形蜂窝梁在拱顶集中荷载作用下的受力反应,并将其结果和有限元结果进行对比。通过对比,发现两者结果接近,从而验证了建立有限元模型方法的正确性,为进一步的多因素数值分析奠定基础。 In order to study the mechanical properties of the perforated arched castellated beam, and to establish the verification model for further numerical simulation, four arched castellated members were designed for static loading test by using the orthogonal test design method considering the three factors and two levels, and the stress properties of the fixedend arched castellated beam under the concentrated load of the dome was obtained. By comparing with the finite element results, it was found that the test results was similar to FEM results, thus verifying the finite element model and laying a foundation for further multi - factor numerical analysis.
