摘要
针对4个不同厚度T型钢连接的空间中柱节点进行有限元模拟,分析节点的应力分布、螺栓预紧力变化等受力特性,并将已有试验结果与有限元结果进行对比分析。结果表明:节点的较大应力位置主要分布在T型钢翼缘与腹板交界处以及节点域;强轴螺栓预紧力较弱轴方向损失严重;T型钢连接件厚度增加,节点的承载能力、延性也相应增加,但对节点的耗能性能影响不大;试验结果与有限元结果吻合较好。
4 spatial column connections with different T type steel thickness were simulated by finite element to analyze the stress distribution, bolt preload changes and stress characteristics. The existing test results were compared with finite element results. The results showed that the stress of the joint was mainly distributed at the junction between the flange and the web of the T type steel and the joint domain; the loss of bolt pre-tightening force in major axis was more serious than that of in minor axis; the bearing capacity of joints and ductility increased with the increasing of T steel joints thickness, but there was little influence on the energy dissipation of joints; the experimental results were in good agreement with the finite element results.
