摘要
旧工业厂房改变使用功能后继续服役,须先进行可靠性鉴定并采取必要的加固措施,以某超期服役钢结构工业厂房为例,对加固技术进行探讨。通过现场检测、试验分析和简化模型计算对主体结构的使用性能和安全性进行评定,对存在缺陷的构件采取加固措施。对钢排架结构增设水平支撑、垂直支撑体系,以提高结构的整体性;通过增大钢屋架腹杆截面,来提高其承载能力;采用改进的防护措施保护钢柱脚,满足建筑和结构的要求。厂房加固工程已完成并投入使用,效果良好。
To ensure the structure safety, it is necessary to take reliability assessment and reinforcement measures before the old industrial plant continue to serve as function changed building. Taking an extended service steel structure industrial plant as an example, the reinforcement techniques were studied. The serviceability and safety were assessed by field inspection, experimental analysis and calculation of simplified model. Reinforcements were taken to the detected structure members. The integrity of the steel roof truss was improved by addition of the horizontal bracing and vertical bracing systems. The bearing capacity of webs was strengthened by enlarging section. To meet the requirements of architecture and structure design, steel column bases were restored by the improved protective measures. The reinforcement project had been completed and put in use, and it had good effect.
