基底节区脑血管病致记忆障碍特点的研究

摘要 目的观察基底节区脑血管病致记忆障碍特点,比较左右两侧基底节区脑血管病致记忆障碍之间差异。方法选择经CT或MRI证实左侧或右侧基底神经节区单一病灶(除外腔隙性梗死)患者各50例,分别采用韦氏成人智力量表简式筛查无明显认知功能障碍及语言障碍者入组,再用韦氏记忆量表修订版进行记忆障碍检查,统计记忆障碍类型,计算各项量表分及记忆商数并进行数据处理。结果左侧基底神经节区病变致记忆障碍以语文记忆障碍为主,右侧以非语文记忆障碍为主,左侧基底神经节区病变致记忆障碍以短时记忆障碍为主,右侧以图形,视觉空间记忆障碍方面为主。结论右侧基底神经节区病灶组,图形、视觉空间记忆障碍损害更明显,表明右侧基底神经节区如同右半球一样在视空间功能方面占优势。 Objective The characteristic of the observation of basal ganglia region cerebrovascular disease caused by memory disorders research, compare the left and right sides of the basal ganglia region cerebrovascular disease caused by the difference between memory disorders. Methods Choose by CT or MRI confirmed the right or left basal ganglion areas A single lesion (except lacuna infarction) of patients each 50 cases of 50 cases. Use weehsler adult intelligence scale short form screening no obvious cognitive dysfunction and language disabilities into groups, reoccupy wechsler memory scale revision on memory disorders check, contrast left and right sides basal ganglion lesions caused memory disorders, statistical differences memory disorders type, calculating various kinds of scale points and memory. The data handling is process by adopting soft ware applying t criterion, chi-square criterion to progress statistical analysis. Results left basal ganglion areas damage caused by Chinese memory disorders, memory disorders is given priority to, the right to non-verbal memory disorders is given priority to, the left basal ganglion areas damage caused memory disorders in short-term memory disorders primarily, but the right to graphion, visual spatial memory disorders primarily. Conclusion the right basal ganglion segment lesion group, graphics, visual-spatial memory deficits more obvious damage, indicating that the right basal ganglion areas, is like the right hemisphere in visual spatial function as dominant.
