建筑设计管理水平在一定程度上决定着办公建筑的设计质量与服务性能,而现代办公建筑功能丰富、设计内容复杂,其设计管理难度较大,在此背景下,应积极引入科学、系统的管理技术、管理方法。鉴于此,对办公建筑设计管理的特征进行分析,对BIM技术在该项工作上的适应性进行了论述,并在此基础上就如何有效利用BIM技术提升办公建筑设计管理水平提出了一些思路与方法,期望为办公建筑设计管理工作提供参考。

The level of architectural design management determines the design quality and service performance of office buildings to a certain extent. The modem office buildings are rich in functions and complicated in design content. The design management is difficult. In this context, the introduction of scientific, systematic management techniques, management methods is imperative. In view of this, the characteristics of office building design management are analyzed, and the adaptability of BIM technology to this work is discussed. On this basis, some ideas are put forward on how to make effective use of BIM technology to improve the management level of office building design. Method, and hope for the office building design management work to provide a viable reference.
