摘要
排桩预应力锚索支护是目前深基坑支护工程中比较常用的支护形式,面对复杂的地层条件,采取何种施工工艺,对锚索抗拔力起着决定性的作用。若施工方法不当,容易出现锚固力不足的现象,造成基坑边坡变形,严重时造成周边建筑物结构破坏,甚至基坑塌方。结合工程实例,对砂卵砾石地层预应力锚索全套管跟进水冲法成孔、锚索制作、套管内安装锚索注浆技术、锚索孔内常压、二次高压劈裂注浆及张拉锁定进行分析。
Pile of prestressed anchor is foundation pit deep support engineering commonly used in the supporting form, in the face of the complicated geological conditions, adopt the construction process, plays a decisive role on the anchor pullout force. If the improper construction method, prone to the phenomenon of lack of anchoring force, caused by foundation pit slope deformation, resulting in serious damage to the surrounding buildings, and even the foundation pit collapse. Combined with engineering examples of the sand gravel strata of prestressed anchor cable casing with water inlet jetting hole, cable production, casing installation of anchor grouting technology and anchor hole pressure, two high pressure splitting grouting and tension locking are discussed.
