摘要
防水防渗性能对于房屋建筑工程的整体质量有着决定性的影响,更直接地关系着居住者的使用感受,防渗漏施工技术的应用始终是工程建设人员关注的重点。从房屋建筑工程结构体系的角度出发,结合不同位置探讨分析防渗施工技术的应用要点,同时提出房屋建筑渗漏问题的处理方法,具有一定借鉴价值与参考意义。
Waterproof and anti-seepage performance has a decisive influence on the overall quality of housing construction.It is more directly related to the use of occupants. The application of anti-leakage construction technology has always been the focus of engineering construction personnel. This paper analyzes the application of anti-seepage construction technology fxom the point of view of building structural system, and puts forward the treatment method of housing construction leakage problem, which has certain reference value and reference significance.
