以BIM标准为依托,进行BIM模型的建立,将图纸信息、技术规程录入工程信息数据库,通过对数据的访问调用,对BIM技术进行二次开发,将建筑产业链各环节关联,进行集成化的管理,方便施工过程及后期运维阶段的项目管理。由此构建的项目级专项管理平台可成功应用于项目的设计、施工、过程控制管理中。
