摘要
通过对现有平板玻璃生产中擦伤现状的调查,运用六西格玛工具策划找到关键因子的排查方法,阐述了六西格玛工具在解决生产过程产品质量问题的应用。
In this article, through the investigation of the current situation of fiat glass production, six sigma tools are used to find out the key factors, and the application of the six sigma tools in solving the product quality problems in the production process is expounded.
