摘要
结合经验公式和有限元软件ANSYS,考察了混凝土浇筑厚度等尺寸因素,温度、风速等环境因素及温控措施、拆模龄期等施工可控因素对大体积混凝土浇筑温度场和应力场的影响,并在此基础上提出温控方案及相应的定量评估简化方法,为实际施工提供参考。
Combined with the empirical formulas and finite element software ANSYS, the influences on the cast temperature and stress fields of mass concreteare are investigated for material properties including the natural factors such as: thermal conductivity, pouring thickness, surface conditions, atmospheric temperature, wind speed and the artificial factors such as: heat insulating measures, form removal time. Then a simplified method to evaluate the temperature control scenario is presented for the purpose of guiding construction.
