对南京新城科技园研发总部园工程地下室的防水施工技术进行研究,从底板、外墙、顶板结构自防水,到防水卷材、防水涂料的外防水施工,以及施工过程中特殊节点的处理进行了总结并引出思考,可供其它类似工程参考。

This paper studies the waterproofing construction technology of the basement, Nanjing Xincheng Technology Park Headquarters Garden project. It makes some considerations, from the floor, walls, roof structure self-waterproofing, outside waterproofing construction of waterproofing materials and waterproofing coating, and special construction joint treatment. It may provide references for other similar projects.
