微创术式治疗胆道结石合并胆囊炎患者的应激反应探讨 被引量：2

摘要 目的探究微创术式治疗老年胆道结石合并胆囊炎患者的临床疗效。方法将我院普外科在2016年2月至2017年2月收治的110例胆道结石合并胆囊炎老年患者,根据治疗方式不同分为对照组(行开腹手术治疗)、观察组(行腹腔镜治疗)各55例,对比两组临床疗效。结果患者治疗前后应激反应指标水平存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的WBC,NEUT,ET,hs-CRP水平,以及术后并发症发生率(3.64%)明显低于对照组(P<0.05),SOD高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论老年胆道结石合并胆囊炎患者行腹腔镜微创治疗,效果确切且安全性高,值得临床应用、推广。
