铜绿假单胞菌致一起“假暴发、真聚集”疫情的调查报告

A survey of Pseudomonas aeruginosa caused by an outbreak of “false outbreak and real aggregation”

目的对一起疑似铜绿假单胞菌引起的医院感染爆发事件进行调查分析,查找原因,总结经验教训。方法通过现场流行病学调查,对某医院呼吸内科病房一起疑似铜绿假单胞菌医院感染暴发事件进行调查处理。结果该医院呼吸内科病区连续发生5例灌洗液培养为铜绿假单胞菌病例,经调查采取措施后,未再出现类似病例。结论该医院发生了一起因纤支镜室清洗槽被污染引起的疑似院感暴发事件,定性为"假暴发、真聚集",经现场处置,疫情得到了有效控制。

Objectives To investigate and analyse an outbreak of suspected nosocomial infection with pseudomonas aeruginosa, in order to find out the causes and sum up experience. Methods This event was managed with field epidemiologic survey. Results 5 pseudomonas aeruginosa cases which was cultured by the lavage fluid was found out continuously in respiratory medicine department. With related the survey and measures,no cases exists. Conclusion A suspected nosocomial infection outbreak event caused by polluted rinse tank in bronchoscopy room was characterized as a fake outbreak but a real aggregation. With fidd disposal, the epidemic situation was well controlled.
