随着社会大环境的变化,中医药这一我国传统治疗方式受到很大冲击,如何提升中医药的核心竞争力,充分发挥中医药特色成为新的值得探讨的问题。对于一级中医院来说,管理方面最突出的问题主要有三点,分别为管理理念不科学、医疗质量上不去、人才培养跟不上,为了解决以上问题,本文在充分分析一级中医院管理现状基础上,提出相应措施,以期走出一条中医药的特色发展道路。
