叶腊石耦合微波改善燃料乙醇厌氧消化污泥脱水性能 被引量:2

摘要 利用金刚石生产废物叶腊石耦合微波对燃料乙醇厌氧消化污泥(FEADS)进行处理,探讨该处理方法对FEADS脱水性能的改善效果及机理。结果表明:含水率为97.65%的FEADS,投加叶腊石粉(2g/L)后沉降性能大幅提高,20 min时沉降比(SV)由70.2%减小为54.3%;经叶腊石粉(2g/L)耦合微波(640W、2min)处理后脱水性能大幅提高,污泥比阻(SRF)由1.21×10^(13)m/kg减小为7.23×10^(12) m/kg,可压缩系数由1.33减小为0.63;扫描电镜表明,叶腊石耦合微波处理后FEADS水分容易通过;热重曲线中失重峰明显滞后,显示叶腊石耦合微波处理改善了FEADS的脱水性能。 The dewatering performance of fuel ethanol anaerobic digested sludge(FEADS)was investigated by the way of pyrophyllite powder from diamond production coupled microwave.The results showed that the sedimentation performance of the FEADS with the moisture content of 97.65% was significantly improved from 70.2% to 54.3% with the addition of the pyrophyllite powder(2 g/L)drastically improved after 20 min of treatment,SRF decreased from 1.21×10^(13) m/kg to 7.23×10^(12) m/kg,and compressibility factor decreased from 1.33 to 0.63 after treated by pyrophyllite(2 g/L)coupled microwave(600 W,2 min).Scanning electron microscopy showed that the FEADS moisture easily passes through pyrophyllite coupled microwave treatment.The gravimetric peak of the thermogravimetry curve lags behind,indicating that pyrophyllite coupled microwave treatment improves the dehydration performance of FEADS.
