摘要
如何实现高层次应用技术型人才的加速培育,已经成为我国当前高校转型的重要命题。文章秉承"和实生物,同则不继"的思想,借用经济领域的"供给侧结构改革"的最新认识,来达到跳出"高校教育转型"的圈子以反观"高校教育转型"的目的,不仅发现了它们的"同源""同症""同方""同创"四性存在,而且还提出"供给侧结构改革动机"与"供给侧结构改革机制"两大实用对策。
How to realize accelerated cultivation of high-level applied technique-oriented talents has becomea significant proposition in curent Chinese university education. concept that “harmony generatesand sameness stops” ,and adopts thelatest research findings in “ supply -side strucure reform” to achieve the objective of jumping out of and reflecting on the “ university edu-cational transformation ” circle. The study not only sorts out the four characteristics of universityeducational transformation,namely same orgin,same symptom,same treatment and same creation, but also proposes two major practical strategies,“ supply -side structural reform motvation ” and “ supply - side structural reform mechanism”.
