摘要 20世纪30年代中叶,因为社会相对稳定,中国的乡村师范适应当时的社会状况和乡村实际需要,开始了较快的发展。以陶行知为代表的教育家群体,对乡村教育进行理论阐述和实践探索,为中国乡村师范这一师范教育的重要组成部分更好地践行其办在乡村,专门培养乡村小学教师的宗旨,从而达到改造乡村教育和中国乡村社会的目的,进行了极具历史价值的努力。 Thanks to the social stability in the 1930s, the normal schools in Chinese rural areas met the demand of social conditions and the need of countryside inhabitants so as to experience a rapid devel-opment. Educators, represented by Tao Xingzhi, madea theoretical study of rural normal education and explored it in practice. They appealed to the whole society for helping the rural normal schools cultivate qualified teachers for primary schools in the rural areas so as to improve rural education and rural society. They played a critical role in promoting the development of normal schools in Chinese rural are-as.
