加减乌梅汤联合盐酸二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的临床研究

Jiajianwumei soup combined with metformin hydrochloride in the treatment of type 2 diabetes

目的评估加减乌梅汤联合盐酸二甲双胍对2型糖尿病的疗效及空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA_1c)、空腹胰岛素(FIN)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)及中医症候积分的影响。方法选择2型糖尿病患者62例,随机分为治疗组30例,对照组32例,治疗组给予加减乌梅汤联合盐酸二甲双胍,对照组单纯给予盐酸二甲双胍。结果治疗组治疗后总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后FPG均较治疗前有显著降低(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后2hPG较治疗前有显著降低(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后FPG较对照组有显著降低(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后FIN、HOMA-IR均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后HOMA-IR较对照组有显著降低(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后中医症候积分变化较对照组有显著改善(P<0.05)。结论加减乌梅汤联合盐酸二甲双胍对2型糖尿病有较好疗效,并可有效改善胰岛素抵抗和中医症候。

Objective To assess the curative effect of Jiajianwumei soup combined with metformin hydrochloride on type 2 diabetes and its influence on fasting glucose（FPG）,2 hpostprandial blood glucose（2 hPG）,glycosylated hemoglobin（HbA1 c）,fasting insulin（FIN）,insulin resistance index（HOMA-IR）and the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）.Methods Sixty-two patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into treatment group（30 cases）and control group（32 cases）.The treatment group received jiajianwumei soup combined metformin hydrochloride,and control group simply received metformin hydrochloride.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group after treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.FPG in both groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment（P〈0.05）.The 2 hPG of treatment group after treatment was significantly reduced than that before treatment（P〈0.05）.FPG of treatment group after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group（P 〈0.05）.After treatment,FIN and HOMA-IR in treatment group were significantly lower than those before treatment（P〈0.05）.HOMA-IR after treatment in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the scores of TCM symptom in the treatment group were significantly improved compared with the control group（P〈0.05）Conclusion Jiajianwumei soup combined with metformin hydrochloride has good curative effect on type 2 diabetes,and can effectively improve insulin resistance and symptoms of TCM.
