摘要
针对速度200km/h高速客车碳钢车体钢结构,采用有限元分析法,按照现行的《200km/h及以上速度级铁道车辆强度设计及试验鉴定暂行规定》的相关规定进行车体钢结构静强度计算及模态分析。并根据计算结果,初步筛选出待优化零部件,再通过质量灵敏度和模态灵敏度分析确定最佳优化零部件,有效提高了结构优化设计效率。
The FEA method is used to for the 200 km/h passenger steel carbody static strength calculation.The static strength calculation and modal analysis of carbody in accordance with the standard of the'The Interim Provisions Of 200 km/h And Higher Speed Railway Vehicle Strength Design And Test Evaluation'.According to the results of the calculation,the components to be optimized are selected preliminarily,and then the optimal components are determined through the sensitivity analysis and modal sensitivity analysis.
