摩擦副背压主动润滑空气控制阀研究

摘要 我国铁路主型空气控制阀均采用滑阀副结构,该结构主要采用润滑油进行被动润滑,在运用中时常因润滑油殆尽而出现干摩擦现象,从而出现滑阀副面擦伤而导致控制阀漏泄的现象。基于物理背压工作机理,创新研发摩擦副背压主动润滑空气控制阀结构,新结构具有主动润滑的性能,笔者对新结构进行了相关的试验验证。研究结果表明,摩擦副背压主动润滑控制阀可将滑阀副失效时的循环次数提高3.5倍,极大地提高了滑阀副的使用寿命,同时可为延长检修周期奠定基础。鉴于此,摩擦副背压主动润滑控制阀具有较好的工程应用价值。 The slide valve structure is mainly used for air control valve in China railway and its lubrication style is passive lubrication used by oil.In the operation,the dry friction is often happened because of lacking the lubricated oil and its results in leaking of the air control valve.In this paper,based on the physical back pressure working mechanism,the author has designed the initiative lubrication air brake valve using back pressure of friction pair,which owns the active lubrication performance.And the author has carried some tests of this new structure,and the results show that the cycles of the initiative lubrication air brake valve using back pressure of friction pair while the slide valve was invalid is 3.5 times higher than the original structure,and the life of its slide valve is greatly enhanced.Meanwhile,the new structure can extend the repair cycle of slide valve in the future.Thus,in the authors' view,the friction pair and back pressure air control valve with the active lubrication function has good engineering application value.
